Refund policy

At Van & Co, we pride ourselves on providing quality clothing and ask that customers provide us with honest feedback on how the products perform and wash up. We do ask that you follow the washing instructions (wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and hang to dry) to ensure the designs retain their colour and quality. These designs are hand printed locally by us, with water based inks, and we are slowly figuring out what materials work best with these inks. If you follow all washing instructions and the design on the product still becomes very worn out or washed out looking, we will accept it upon approval for an exchange or store credit. Please contact us via email or via Instagram direct messaging with a photo of the design, and how it has faded; we will get back you as soon as we can to solve any problems you may incur. This exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase with the original order number and proof of fading of the design.
